I have lived in my current house for 6 years. In all that time our conservatory roof has leaked whenever there was heavy rain. In that time we have had 2 roofers round to fix the problem area. The one recommended by the council made no noticeable difference to the problem, and the second used cement that washed into the gutters after a couple of months.
