We hold 11 classes (Aerobics & Zumba) a week in the Watford & surrounding area. The class format is a weigh-in,. talk & 45 min. exercise to music. All age ranges & abilities attend. The diet is based on healthy eating-we cut back on saturated fat & advise portion control-no fancy or expensive foods to buy. Combine this with exercise & you will achieve amazing results. The classes have a friendly atmosphere, the diet really works & the exercises are fun to do – it’s an enjoyable, sociable way to lose weight.
