Worst in the world

We bought a sofa in october it came in december with wrong foot stoll and the sofa was very badly made there service man came out after weeks of getting fobed off and said yes it was very badly made so we went on for weeks and weeks finaly got them to make us another one then that has just arrived and its the same this company should be avoided by all cost its the worst company ive ever delt with there customer care is the worst there sofa's are the worst there staff are so rude and im in the process of taking them to court what a bunch of cow boys
