Awful, rude, unhelpful.

I was looking to buy a car from these people. I had the AA do a check on it, which cost me £265. After I had the report I called them up and made a fair, if slighty low offer, and was told to get lost as I was waisting there time! Now I wouldn't call someone who had already spent £265 having the car checked a time waster. And the person I spoke to didn't even attempt to haggle or talk me up to a higher price. Something that surely one would expect in the motor trade?!! The person didn't even take my number, so no chance of them calling me back to make a counter offer. I wonder if they sell any cars at all. Very poor service, I'm just glad I found out before buying, I can only guess how bad the after sales service is once they get your money! I'd just like to add that I'm not one to moan, and this is the first online review I have every done, but I was so shocked by this company I felt I had to warn others.
