  I have been going to Mimi's since it opened and not once I had any problems. I have had my nails done a few times and they were great. I had knocked one, went back and she redid the nail without any problems. I also get my Eyebrows waxed there. I hate having them done and Palmina makes me feel relaxed and at ease. It is a friendly, welcoming place and I would HIGHLY recommend going to Mimi's.

  Just stumbled across these reviews and thought I would leave one. My partner got me a voucher (xmas pressie) for Mimi's which I used just after Christmas and I've been a regular ever since. Mimi is fast and efficient when it comes to waxing and I always leave feeling really pleased with my pedicures and manicures. Best of all the prices are more than reasonable. Recommended.

• Best French Manicure

  I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have to say that Mimi's gave me the best french manicure I've ever had. The shop has a great boutique feel and the service was personal and very friendly, I will definitely be going back.

• Disappointed

  I went here with a friend on a Saturday. The owner did my friends manicure while her assistant did mine. My friend wanted a block colour and she was pleased with the final result (she does not get manicures often). I asked for a French polish. I felt my manicure was very lacklustre and looked terrible afterwards. I will not be going back.
