  Dear Gary, I would like to thank you and all those who worked on my bathroom and shower room. When I first came into your showroom I was unsure whether my thoughts for the creation of a new shower room and the redesigning of my then bathrooms was possible and more importantly that if it was possible that it could be achieved within my budget. After meeting with you and your initial inspection of the property you were able to reassure me that what I was envisaging was possible. I feel that the bathroom and shower room are truly my own as you took into consideration all my ideas and with the benefit of your expertise you have enabled me to more than meet my expectations and have given me a bathroom and shower room that are the envy of all my friends. The work began on the day I had been advised it would and took roughly the amount of time it was expected to. The men who carried out the work kept me fully informed as to their progress and were most apologetic about the amount of dust that was being created. However, as they cleaned up after themselves regularly and kept the amount of dirt and dust to as small an area as possible I experienced very little inconvenience. Whenever, I contacted Watford Bathrooms I was always spoken to courteously whether this was by telephone or when I came into the showroom and any queries I had were addressed promptly. The creation of a bathroom and shower room had been a dream of mine for quite a long time and with your help my dream has been finally been realised. Thank you Jeanette Awty

You will recall that, although we initially came to you with pretty fixed ideas of how we envisaged our new shower room, during the ‘gestation period’ our ideas developed further, helped in no small way by your knowledgeable and, I must say, very patient guidance. The installation work was carried out (by the two Mikes) to an extremely high standard, in addition to which your entire team was polite, clean, punctual and respectful of our property. Importantly, the after sales service you provided in dealing with snagging issues was equally impressive. Perhaps more than anything else, our total satisfaction with Watford Bathrooms is evidenced by the fact that we subsequently asked you back to refurnish our downstairs cloakroom. Another major success. Finally, we would be more than happy to provide a recommendation/ reference for future potential clients. Just let us know.   Watford Bathrooms and Kitchens Installed my kitchen and only having to deal with one company was brilliant. From the very 1st site visit to the finishing touches of my kitchen, it was just hassel free and the workman were a joy to have around.
