Our preparation involves separating the fibres in the carpet and removing foreign objects by power vacuuming. We then use the deep soil extraction method, which involves injecting a jet of steam/hot solution into the carpet fibres, which is then rapidly removed using a high powered twin vacuum, which unlike the cleaners you can hire will guarantee maximum cleanliness and leave minimum moisture.
