Brief description

(Formerly Leal School of Dance) Dance classes in Ballet, Modern, Tap, Street jazz, Ballroom, Performing Arts, Drama and Private Singing lessons, taught by fully qualified, CRB checked ex- professional dancers and performers. Classes from ages 2 years to adult. We pride ourselves on our exceptional teachers. All lessons are well planned out, and structured to suit the age specified. Trade Bodies / Associations

We teach free work, and ISTD syllabus classes in ballet, modern and tap. Our students have the option to take exams twice a year, and to participate in our annual show at the Watford Palace Theatre.

Any Specialist Products or Services?

All classes are taught by industry professionals. There is plenty of parking at the venue, and it has a large area for parents to wait if they wish. We regularly have casting directors into our classes to audition for adverts and TV shows. Recently our students have appeared on an advert for the Olympics, Moshi Monsters and LUMI Jewellery, aswell as CBeebies show Nuzzle and Scratch, and Oliver in the West End.

  • 5 Babies Ballet Classes

    After attending Tappy Toes for a year we wanted to stick with Claire, so we moved on to Babies ballet at Leal's. I can highly recommend Claire, and the school. She is fantastic, especially with the little ones, and keeps the children completely enthralled.

    I have attended the adult tap classes at Leal's and thoroughly enjoyed them! Being a complete beginner.... and male... i was made to feel very welcome and at ease. A fun and friendly teacher, would definitely recommend it!
