Do not use Macleans

We used Macleans for my mother's funeral in April 2007. They were very late arriving at the house and we couldn't get any answer from the office. Received a call from the driver and he said they had broken down. Arrived very late, the man had the top button to his shirt undone and was sweating badly. We had to rush in to service, people just sat where they could, no chance to see people or even enter quietly and listen to the music we had chosen. When we complained to the area manager, he confirmed we had been lied to and the hearse had been taken to a house in Northwood, several miles away! They went to the wrong address!!! This was the last thing we did for our mother and it was awful.
