Day light robbery
the guy at the counter didn't have a clue and charged me £24 for a "diagnosis" that I could've got from the internet! He said he wanst the tech guy and that i had to pay; that's alla he coudl say... they wanted to charge me £ 150 for the repairing! I took it somewhere else and they did it for £80! and were very courteous and direct. Never ever take your laptop to repair here!
